New features added to the EMS Manager and FIRE Manager online employee scheduling systems include:

New Features

• System Log -- A new System Log has been added to the Reports section for administrators that will allow Top Level Administrators to view a detailed list of changes made by both administrators and employees for a given period.
• Time Types -- When using the Schedule Editor, administrators now have the option of assigning multiple Time Types to the scheduled time. To use Time Types the feature must first be enabled from within the Setup area. When using Sign-ups along with Time Types all Sign-ups will be submitted as the default time type. When using Swaps with Time Types, both Swaps must have the identical time type to be allowed.
• New navigation style including System Clock -- We modernized the navigation just a bit as part of the effort to add a System Clock to the page headers. The System Clock was added to help customers with stations in multiple time zones keep all their people on the same clock.

Performance Enhancements

Customers who've compared us to our competitors continue to tell us that our system is faster. However, we're still always looking for ways to speed up our apps and improve performance. In the last few months we've added new servers, upgraded our database structure, and made a variety of other technical improvements -- all with the goal of making our online applications even faster.
