AAGP Endorses Thompson's Federal Grants Management Handbook

Kansas City, KS (July 26, 2010) -- The American Association of Grant Professionals has announced that it is endorsing Thompson Publishing Group's Federal Grants Management Handbook as the most comprehensive and trusted resource for administering federal program funds. The honor arrives as the Federal Grants Management Handbook celebrates its 35th anniversary of publication.

"The Federal Grants Management Handbook, through its attention to detail in explaining the numerous regulatory requirements of federal grants as well as the professional responsibilities assumed by those who manage these grants, has as its main focus the betterment and development of the grant professional," said Gail Vertz, Chief Executive Officer at AAGP.

The Federal Grants Management Handbook is an integral part of the Thompson Publishing Group's Grants Library, which was honored in 2005 by the National Grants Management Association for "providing an integrated series of convenient, easy-to-use tools that help grantees comply with federal regulations & manage the regulatory & policy mandates tied to federal grants."
